My friend Judy Shei and her family moved to Singapore recently. She’s a great mom from Starr King Elementary here in San Francisco and was a stalwart board member of our non-profit that supports the public Mandarin immersion program 金山中文教育协会/Jinshan Mandarin Education Council.

We miss her and want her back, but if we can’t have her then our loss is Singapore’s gain. She’s sending her kids to the local schools (the benefits of Mandarin immersion!) and has started a support group for other families doing the same thing.

I’ll post her wildly useful info about the schools in Singapore tomorrow.

    Hi Beth,

Can you tell Judy that I would like to join her support group? I believe I can offer some supports and I am willing to help.
